This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions to the Metric Armor service, provided by Metric Armor ("we," "us," or "our").
As Metric Armor provides an immediate, intangible, and continuous digital service, our refund policy is designed to align with the nature of our subscription-based offering.
1. General No-Refund Policy
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing or required by applicable law, all fees and charges for Metric Armor subscriptions are non-refundable.
When you subscribe to Metric Armor, you gain immediate access to our digital tools and insights for the duration of your chosen subscription period (e.g., monthly, annually). We do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Partial subscription periods.
- Unused time within an active subscription.
- Downgrades or cancellations of your subscription after the initial purchase or renewal has been processed.
2. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If you are offered and opt into a free trial, this period is specifically designed for you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. No charges are made during the free trial period, and therefore, no refunds are applicable for a free trial. It is your responsibility to cancel your trial before it automatically converts to a paid subscription if you do not wish to be charged.
3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances, at Metric Armor's sole discretion:
- Service Unavailability: If Metric Armor experiences a prolonged and significant outage (e.g., more than 72 consecutive hours) that prevents all users from accessing the core functionality of the Service and we are unable to restore service within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the affected period. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance or minor, temporary disruptions.
- Billing Errors: In the event of an accidental duplicate charge or an incorrect amount billed due to an error on our part, we will promptly issue a refund for the erroneous charge.
4. How to Request a Refund (for Eligible Cases)
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances outlined above, please submit a written request to our support team at support@metricarmor.com within 14 days of the incident or billing error. Your request must include:
- Your Metric Armor account email.
- Your subscription ID (found in your account settings or invoice).
- A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request, including relevant dates and evidence (e.g., screenshots of billing errors).
All refund requests will be reviewed manually. Metric Armor reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
